CaraCare invites you to a 6-week journey of yoga and meditation. Events and stresses in life can result in a feelings of anxiety, stress, frustration and depression. Yoga can help you learn to regulate your self and manage stressful events and experiences with yoga movements, breathing exercises, visualisations and relaxation techniques. Through Yoga Therapy you will learn: - yoga postures, - self-awareness exercises, - deep breathing and - meditation and relaxation techniques
